TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTING THESE TERMS

These terms cover pistolduels.com, the website for Pistol Duels, a Roblox experience made by LOCKED N' LOADED ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

2. RELATIONSHIP WITH ROBLOX

Pistol Duels and this site are not made, endorsed or run by Roblox Corporation. Your Roblox account, the game and your in-game items are also covered by the Roblox Terms of Use.

3. WHO CAN USE THE SITE

To sign in, you must be allowed to use Roblox. If you're under the age of majority where you live, read these terms with a parent or guardian.

4. YOUR ACCOUNT

You sign in with your Roblox account. Keep it secure and only sign in with your own account. You're responsible for what happens on the site through your account.

5. VALUES AND MARKET DATA

Prices, RAP, copies and other numbers on the site come from activity in the game. They're for information only: they can be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and they aren't an offer to buy or sell anything. Decisions you make based on them are your own.

6. ITEMS HAVE NO CASH VALUE

Items and tokens are part of the game. They have no real-world money value and can't be exchanged with us for money. We never buy, sell or trade items for real money or outside Roblox. Anyone offering that is not us, and trading items for real money breaks the Roblox Terms of Use.

7. RULES

Don't:

  • attack, overload or try to break into the site;
  • get around its limits, access rules or staff checks;
  • copy its data with automated tools in a way that strains it;
  • pretend to be staff, another player or us;
  • use the site to scam, harass or mislead other players;
  • use a bug you find instead of reporting it to support@pistolduels.com.

8. MODERATION

We may limit, suspend or end anyone's access to the site if they break these terms or the game's rules. Staff actions in the game, such as bans, follow the game's rules.

9. OUR CONTENT

The site, the game, their art and item pictures belong to LOCKED N' LOADED. You can share links and screenshots, but don't copy the site or its content into your own service without permission. Roblox and its logo are trademarks of Roblox Corporation.

10. OTHER SERVICES

The site links to Roblox, Discord, X and other services. They have their own terms and policies, and we aren't responsible for them.

11. CHANGES AND AVAILABILITY

We may change, pause or remove features, or the whole site, at any time. The site may sometimes be unavailable.

12. NO PROMISES

The site is provided as it is and as available. As far as the law allows, we don't promise that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or free of errors.

13. LIMIT OF LIABILITY

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for lost items, tokens or trades, that come from using the site or relying on its data. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you that can't be changed by agreement.

14. STOPPING USE

You can stop using the site at any time. Sign out to end your session, and see the Privacy Policy to have your data deleted.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

When these terms change, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. Using the site after that means you accept the new terms.
